Order Sheet:

1. Always state the auto year and series.
2. Always give complete address with name of country.
3. Always give fax number if available. We respond by fax, email or letter only. However, only one fax response will be made prior to firm order. All subsequent responses will be billed to customer.

Telephone us if you have more questions after our initial response. Conversing by fax is expensive and time consuming. Our small staff cannot keep up with the growing volume.

Payment:

U.S.A. Check drawn on U.S.A bank. Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. Be sure to state credit card expiration date along with the card numbers. Minimum order is $50.00. Method of payment should be stated in initial fax to save us faxing back to ask you.

Delivery by U.S. Postal Service:

Most packages may be sent by insured air or surface postal service. You must specify air (Approx. 3 week delivery time) or surface mailing (Approx. 3-4 months delivery time.) Delivery cost is based on package weight. There is a 36 to 42 inch length restriction and an overall size limitation of 79 inch parcel size limitation.

Delivery by Federal Express:

This service is used for packages exceeding the 36-42 inch length postal limitation and for urgent packages. Although this is a more costly service, it is the only option for oversized items. All packages will be insured and declared at full value.

Engine paint and tank sealer are flammable, we cannot send abroad.

Returns:

If you receive an incorrect item and must return it for exchange or credit please do the following.

Write, call or email for return authorization. No unauthorized return will be honored. All returns and exchanges must be authorized within 30 days of purchase date. A 20% restocking charge may be levied on return purchases that were ordered in error or not wanted upon arrival. We will correct errors we incur. Reshipment guaranteed for surface rates only!
